3 Quick Steps to Getting Started:

1. Check your system requirements: Click on the Help and Support button to access Technology You Need tool to review basic system requirements to ensure a successful Center for REALTOR® Development Canada experience. Here you will be able to download software required to run all online programs.
2. Preview any course in our Catalog to test your technology. If you can see and hear the preview, you are all set.
3. Go to our Course Catalog (is it called library or catalog – make sure all the language is consistent) to peruse our listings for the course title you wish to take first.
Click on Register Now and follow our simple registration process to set up your personal account information.

How to Enroll:

You can either browse the product types using our innovative Products and Courses slider located in the middle of the home page or click on the View Entire Catalog button from the left hand side of the screen and then search through the available categories.

A list of related courses will appear.

  1. Click on the title you would like to attend.
  2. Click ADD TO CART and then click on CHECKOUT button.
  3. Now complete the REGISTER and CHECKOUT information process to begin.
  4. Your email address will become your username and you will be asked to select your own password as part of the Registration process
  5. Existing Users simply need to enter their username and password into the designated field either on home page or the CHECKOUT page
  6. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your personal data, create Progress Reports, continue started products or buy new ones.

User Name & Password:

We want your experience with Center for REALTOR® Development Canada to be as convenient, fast and secure as possible. That's why, after your initial registration, sign-in quickly by using the Login area on our home page.
Simply enter your User Name and your personal Password and the site will remember your personal information and settings.
This unique User Name address and Password combination ensures the Privacy of any information you provide here. This User Name and Password information can be changed, and can also be retrieved if it's forgotten.
You are encouraged to protect and care for your User Name and Password in the same way that you handle your credit cards and other personal information.

How do I change my User Name or Password?

If you want to change your Password, simply login into the site, click on the "Learner Profile" link located on the menu. You will then be able to change any personal data.
On this page you can make the following changes:

  • If you want to change your Password, enter the new Password twice (which must be shorter than 8 characters), then click on "Submit". If the new Password is invalid, you will receive an error message. Please check your information and try again.
  • Unfortunately, you cannot change your User Name. This is a unique identifier that lets us generate your Progress Report for you. For that reason, please choose a User Name that you will remember easily. On this screen you can also update your address.

What if I forget my User Name or Password?

Forget your Password? Never fear - you can retrieve it by going to the Home Page. Simply look for the text: "Forgot Your Password" and you will be redirected to the screen where you can input your email address. You password will instantly be emailed to you. If you still have problems, you can contact our Customer Service team.

You can purchase courses from Center for REALTOR® Development Canada in any one of the four following ways:

  1. Credit Card: Purchase the course by using your personal or corporate credit card. Center for REALTOR® Development Canada accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and does not store credit card information to ensure the safety of your personal data.
  2. Sponsored or FREE courses: These courses have been paid for in their entirety, by one of Center for REALTOR® Development Canada Sponsor Partners, or your organization, and will be clearly marked as FREE, no payment required or you may receive a Credit Card charged with dollar credits.
  3. Pre-pay for Blocks of Courses: Once an account has been established, we can also provide you with the opportunity to pre-purchase blocks of courses.
  4. On Account: We would be pleased to open an account for your organization to provide monthly account billing and several usage reports that you will find useful to monitor individual progress and the overall success of your training initiatives.

But if you would like to make a purchase, you will need to register or, if you have already registered, sign in. Any information you provide during the registration process, and during the subsequent purchases, is considered part of your personal account at Center for REALTOR® Development Canada.
