  • What is a Learning Pathway?
    A Learning Pathway provides you with a clear plan for effectively and efficiently achieving your learning goals. Each Pathway includes a group of related courses on today’s essential real estate topics. When completed, these Pathways will empower you with a specialized skillset that will help you enhance your work with clients.
  • How do I start a Learning Pathway?
    You can click on the Explore Learning Pathways link and select one that suits your learning objectives. Once you choose a Pathway, you can start any of the courses within the Pathway and work towards completion course by course, in your desired order. If you start a course which is included as part of a Pathway, the system will automatically recognize you as a Pathway taker.
  • What does “(any one course)” mean in a Learning Pathway description?
    The expression “(any one course)” means that you can select one course from the group of offered courses and the course you choose will be recognized as a part of the Pathway. In most cases, you can choose one course from a family of courses (CIPS, CRS, C-RETS), between the US and Canada versions of the course, or between the CE and non-CE versions of the course. Whichever course you opt to take, it will be counted towards the completion of the Pathway.
  • How do I track the courses I have completed in the Learning Pathway?
    You can review your progress on a Pathway and/or courses within a Pathway by taking the following steps:
    • Click the MY ACCOUNT option in the top menu bar, and the MY DASHBOARD link in the dropdown menu.
    • Click the MY LEARNING PATHWAYS tab on the page. All Pathways in progress, each represented by a single bar, will appear.
    • Click on the name of the Pathway positioned above the Pathway bar. A pop-up window with a pie chart will appear. The pie chart includes all information about the courses you’ve completed, courses that are in progress and courses that you haven’t started yet.
  • How long do I have to complete a Learning Pathway?
    The Learning Pathways do not have a time limit for completion, however students will have to observe the deadlines for completing each individual course they have purchased within the Pathway.
  • Will I get a certificate for completing a Learning Pathway?
    You will not get a certificate of completion for completing a Learning Pathway. However, you will still get a certificate for each individual course completed, as well as an email notification for each completed Pathway. For each completed Pathway you will also earn a badge.
  • How can I review the Learning Pathways I’ve completed and see the badges I have earned?
    You can review completed Learning Pathways and earned badges by clicking the MY ACCOUNT option in the top menu bar and the MY ACHIEVEMENTS link in the dropdown menu. The badges on your MY ACHIEVEMENTS page signify the Pathways you have completed.
  • Can I share the Learning Pathways badges I earn on social media?
    To share the Learning Pathway badges on social media, go to the MY ACHIEVEMENTS link in the top right menu dropdown under MY ACCOUNT when you are logged into the CRD site. You will only see the MY ACHIEVEMENTS link once you have completed a Learning Pathway. On the MY ACHIEVEMENTS page, earned badge(s) from completing a Learning Pathway(s) will appear, with social media icons beneath each badge. Click on the desired icon to log into your social media account and to share your badge as a post. You will have the option of using an automatically generated post or creating your own. When your friends and associates click the link in your social media post, they will be redirected to the Explore Learning Pathways page to learn more about the skills you have gained.
